Mood:
Missing my Mom.

Friday night Rob and I stayed in and ordered dinner. I had a decent amount of laundry to get done.

On Saturday Rob and I got up in the morning and headed up to the Camarillo outlets. On the way up there we stopped off for lunch at the McDonald's near Pepperdine and then continued on our way up to the outlet stores. We needed to return a pair of pants that I had gotten for Rob when I was there with my Mom last week. The return was super easy, they didn't even ask to see the reciept. However, when we got home that night we found out that the guy in the store forgot to take the security sensor off of the pants. Luckily Rob and a pilers was able to get the job done. We also made a quick stop in Carter's for a few baby things. When we were done at the outlets we headed to the Northridge mall.

The only stop needed at the mall was at Motherhood Maternity. I'm in desperate need of maternity panties since my regular ones just don't work with a preggo belly. Unfortunately, they only had one in my size in stock. So, I needed to find others ASAP.

So, we headed out to the mall in Montclair, but by the time we got there they were already closed. We went to dinner at Bakers Square (I was craving their club sandwich) and then headed back home.

Sunday we did more shopping. We grabbed lunch and headed to the Sherman Oaks mall. The Ebel watch I had gotten Rob for Xmas isn't keeping time any more. So, the watch place there needs to send it out to see if it's the battery or a problem with the watch itself. From there we headed back out to the Montclair area.

On the way there we made a pit stop at an Avenue we saw off the freeway. I'm SO glad we stopped off there. I was able to find some pants (jean type pants, not just sweats) that I can wear while pregnant! They have something there called "denim leggings" and they have an elastic waist. So, I just went up a size and got pants that should be able to expand with my belly. And if they get too small I'll just head back and get another size up. Too cool. I also picked up a light jacket a few sizes bigger than I normally take. It's huge, but closes over my belly. So that was cool as well.

Then we made our way out to Montclair. I got a few more pairs of maternity panties at Motherhood, but even after buying them out of my size I still need some more. *grumbles* They don't carry enough in my size there. I also picked up some sleepers at the Disney Store for Gabriel. A yellow Winnie the Pooh one and a blue Tigger one. It felt weird buying blue and I don't think Rob was totally comfortable with it yet. We also made a stop at Border's. After getting some Italian sodas, we did some shopping. Rob got a baby book for Gabriel, a book for himself, and a Beanie Baby that says "Mom" on it for me. I got our 2006 calander (turtles), three Sudoku books (my Mom got me addicted), and a Beanie Baby that says "Dad" on it for Rob.

After that, it was time for dinner. We headed to Golden China for some yummy Chinese food and then made our way back home. We stopped off at the drug store and the grocery store, but finally got home and decided to watch TV in bed. I was exhausted.

Today I keep thinking that a week ago my Mom was here. It makes me kind of depressed because I know she won't be out here again until around Xmas time and there's no way I can head out to visit her. I miss her a lot right now.
