Ugh, this is the second time I'm posting this. My computer decided to crash and shut down all my windows before I could post this. *grumbles*

Woot! I'm doing the happy dance right now. There's something I really wanted for my birthday that I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get, and I was able to hunt one down. Woot! So, here's the story. As most of you know, I'm a purse fiend. Specifically, I love Coach purses. When the fall catalogue came out there was one in there that I absolutely loved. It's a dark brown satchel. I went to look at it in the Coach store and instead of doing my usual thing of impulse buying it there on the spot, I decided to be responsible about my purchase and wait. I was waiting not only to make sure it's something I really wanted, but also to see what my Dad sent me for my birthday. When I saw that he sent me more than enough to cover the purse, I decided to get it. So, Tuesday when we were at the mall I went into Coach and was going to buy the purse. They were sold out. Yesterday I went onto the Coach website to get it and they were sold out as well. Last night I went back to Coach and asked if they could special order one for me. They could not. It's a limited edition color and when it's gone, it's gone. The sales clerk looked up to see if any stores in the US still had any in stock. She wrote down a handfull of them that showed they still had it in and warned me that if their computer stocks weren't up to date that these places might be sold out as well. I called around today and most of them were. Then, the last place I called, had ONE left in stock. The last one anywhere in the US. Wow. So, I'm very happy that I was able to track one down, even if it is the last one anywhere. I'm getting what I really want for my birthday and so I'm super happy right now. Woot! And they're shipping it out today via 2-day express. So, I should get it before my birthday. Wooooooooot!!!

So, last night Rob and I headed back to the Sherman Oaks mall. As stated above, I tried to order the purse I wanted from Coach, but they couldn't get one in. We were able to pick up a sash as the finishing touch on his Halloween costume. We had dinner in the food court (I was craving Wetzel Dogs) and then headed out.

From there we made a brief stop at Cinema Secrets, the ATM, and Starbucks. We then headed home and gamed for awhile.
