Job Frustration

Mood:
Frazzled from dealing with a screaming baby.

I was doing some job hunting online yesterday and for the hell of it decided to look up Rob's line of work. I showed him a posting that was pretty much identical to what he does now and he decided to look into it. The good news is that they were very interested in him and the job would probably pay more than he's making now (up to a maximum of about 20k more a year actually). The bad news was that the job we found on a Milwaukee job website, wasn't in the Milwaukee area. It was in Wausau, Wisconsin which is about three hours away from Milwaukee. It's in the upper middle part of the state. Both Rob and I want to live near a city (him because he's a city guy and me because it will be easier to find an attorney position) and it looks like this area isn't near any city. *sigh* So, that was frustrating. If it was near Milwaukee, we'd be out of here probably by the end of the month. Oh well, at least this shows us that places out in Wisconsin will probably be interested in Rob because of his skills and experience.

Yesterday Gabriel seemed to get his stomach bug back (and so did I). He spent a lot of the day crying in pain and pooping up a storm of diarrhea. Unfortunately, I was in the same boat. Today it seems a bit better, but he's still pooping very frequently.

I started this entry at 12:06pm and it is now 12:52pm. In the time since I started this entry I have: changed a pee diaper, fed Gabriel a bottle, had Rob come by with food, finished feeding Gabriel while Rob ate, and ate while Rob changed a poopy diaper. I've also dealt with a whole lot of on and off screaming.

You Are 66% Evil
You are very evil. And you're too evil to care.
Those who love you probably also fear you. A lot.
