I'm really hoping that my morning is not an indication of how my day will go. This morning Gabriel was squirming so I went in to change his diaper. It was just pee, which was a nice change of pace. Now I usually put another diaper under him just in case he poops and today I'm glad I did that. Right in the middle of changing him (as I was putting the diaper rash cream on him) he started pooping. It all either landed in the diaper or in my hand. As I was trying to get the poop off my hand he decided that he also wanted to pee. All over his outfit and all over me. Great. So I'm then dealing with that and trying to throw the poopy diaper into the garbage when I miss and it hits the carpet. Even better. *sigh* I clean my hands off as much as I can with baby wipes, get the diaper into the garbage, and take his clothes off. Gabriel hates to be naked (which I'm hoping will continue until he's 18 or so) so taking off his clothes starts off a screaming fit. So here I am trying to deal with a screaming baby while I'm covered in piss. I manage to get a new outfit on him and wipe myself down a bit. He then decides that screaming is still a good idea because he's hungry. No doubt considering the amount of pee and poop he just decided to cover me in. So I get to feed him while still wearing my peed on clothes.

I need a shower so I'm hoping he takes a nap sometime today. Not only do I need a shower because I'm covered in baby waste, but also because Rob, Gabriel, and I are heading out tonight to meet up with some of my old college friends who I haven't seen in ten years. So somehow, I need to find the time to shower and get ready. It will be great seeing them again.
