Last night we needed to take my car out again so we decided to head to the Sherman Oaks mall. We've been using our white noise machine a lot now (it helps the baby go to sleep and stay asleep at night) and wanted to see if they had any more sound cards for it at Brookstone. Unfortunately, the machine we have from there is outdated and they now have a new one that doesn't accept sound cards. So, they didn't have any sound cards for our machine. That sucks.

So, we headed to the food court for dinner. Grabbed some foodage at The Great Steak and Potato Company and then dessert at a crepe place. It seemed like a good idea at the time because I haven't had a nutella crepe in close to a year. However, when we got our crepes they had this weird smell of sour milk. And believe me, with a new baby I'm pretty much an expert on what sour milk smells like. They tasted funky as well and Rob and I thought that there was probably something wrong with the batter. So, we tossed them and opted for some Dippin Dots instead. They're good, but by the time you're halfway through with them your tongue feels like it's been stuck to an icy lamp post.

After dinner we headed back home. We spent a good part of the rest of the night (when we weren't tending to Gabriel) finishing up my dragon tattoo design. We sized it to what would look the best, played around with some color schemes, and when we were both satisfied with it we passed out in bed.

This morning Rob was up early and I slept in until around 1pm. I think I was pretty much comatose the entire time. I miss sleep and when I can catch up on it I'll do so eagerly. Time for lunch!
