I'm still sick, but am slowly on the mend. My head stuffiness is gone. My fever is also gone. There's still crap in my lungs, but that should come out over time. I'm still having other problems (side effects from the previously complained about pill) and if they continue I'll have to see the doctor next week. I'm hoping it works itself out because if I see the doctor I'll have to get a shot to stop the problem and an iron and B12 injection. I hate needles (with the exception of the ones used for tattooing) so I'd like to avoid that at all costs.

Gabriel is still sick but he seems to be getting better as well. He's still a bit stuffy and is sneezing and coughing a bit, but his fever is gone. He's still rather fussy (but that could be from anything) but on the bright side he tends to calm down most of the time when I just cuddle him. So, I'll probably spend a good part of the day curled up in the chair cuddling him. I don't mind that at all. I think he's also feeling better because he's been prone to giggle fits recently. Rob told me that Gabriel woke up early this morning (around 5:30am) and just had a total giggle fit until Rob got up and fed him. He's also had a few giggle fits this morning. I'm hoping this means he's feeling better. Either that or he just thinks everything is funny.

I spoke with my Dad yesterday. He was playing hookey from work and going to see the new X-Men movie and gave me a call before going into the theatre. He said he's sending Rob's resume to a headhunter up in Milwaukee that he knows and he's sending my resume out to some firms up there that he has connections with. Nice. Hopefully something will pan out soon. He still hasn't gotten his phone interview with the hospital in Wisconsin, but they said they need to get the specifics of the new position down first. We're still crossing our fingers that he gets hired on for that position. It would be perfect.
