Last night we stayed in and watched some TV (Blade and America's Got Talent) and gamed a bit. I've found that Gabriel is much better behaved when his Daddy's around. But when Daddy's gone, it's a scream fest. *sigh* During the day things are as bad as they were when he had colic. I have no idea why he's taken to screaming all day once again. Personally, I think it's the teething, but our pediatrician says that teething doesn't bother them at all.

This morning when we were playing, Gabriel found one of my tattoos. He glanced briefly at the celtic fish, but then turned his attention to the devil dog because it's colors are reds, yellows, and oranges. Those colors always get his attention and I'm pretty sure yellow and red are his favorites right now (Trojan baby!). He stared at the tattoo, touched it, petted it, and then proceeded to try and scratch it off of me. It was rather cute and I'm glad he chose that one to go after. Since the fish tattoo is still having problems it probably would have been rather painful for him to try and scratch that one off.

Gabriel is now one squirmy baby. He can't yet crawl, but he can make himself spin around in circles. He also knows if he rolls and keeps on rolling, he can move himself around. Changing his clothes and diapers has become much more difficult because it's near impossible to keep him on his back. Once he's put down he'll roll over onto his belly almost immediatly. And when I can get him on his back he "pill bugs" up with his legs to make putting a diaper on him even more difficult. He's going to be a terror when he learns to crawl and walk.
