Oy! Today's just been a bundle of fun.

I just found out that it's time for Gabriel to move into the size 2 diapers the hard way. His size 1 diapers would no longer contain the flow of baby crap his little Poopchuck self can make. Yes, it's another fun filled day of cleaning up baby poo. As if I didn't have enough laundry to do already.

So I take him to the changing table, clean him up with half a pack of wipes, put a new diaper on him, and change his outfit. All the while it's a fight for me to put the diaper on him while he tries desperately to roll over onto his tummy. Finally, the diaper is on and so is the new outfit. I pick him up, he giggles, and throws up all over his clean outfit. Time to try and put him in yet another outfit while he struggles to flip onto his belly.

And to top it all off, my back popped in a very bad way today. So pretty much anything is making it hurt like hell and carrying around the little Poopchuck isn't helping. It even hurt when I had to bend a bit at the changing table. It's at a dull ache even while I sit here at the computer. If I do anything else it hurts and if I lift the baby the pain just shoots everywhere.

To top it all off, Gabriel has decided that screaming at the top of his lungs as if he's being killed is a great thing to do and does it as much as he can, especially if Daddy isn't around. *sigh* I'm pretty sure I'll be crippled, insane, or both by his first birthday.
