Last night we stayed in and watched Survivor and had Deal or No Deal on in the background while bathing Gabriel. He's learned to splash. Now whenever he's in the tub he no longer just sits there calmly and lets himself be washed. He now spazzes out and splashes all around. Then he freaks because all the splashing gets water on his face. When he's done freaking he splashes some more. It's actually really funny and cute to watch.

On the bright side, we've gotten Gabriel back to sleeping through the night... kind of. Last night he went to bed around midnight and slept through until around 6:30am. He's not sleeping after his morning bottle and so I'm usually up around 7:30. While it's great that we're getting some solid sleep, I'm still super tired because it's not a full 8 hours. Ah well. It's more than worth sacrificing sleep to have Gabriel!

A big thanks goes out to Carrie! Thanks to her, I've been able to start getting my participatory credits done for my MCLEs (which are due with my bar dues in November). Not having to take a test or plunk my ass down in front of a video (or even go to a day long seminar) is a life saver what with having to take care of the Poopchuck during the days. I'm doing the audio ones she recommended so that when I'm on here I'm listening to one and I can just crank the volume up if I need to go and play with or feed Gabriel. Nice! Thanks Carrie, you rock!

Rob sent me a horrifying e-mail. Apparently some studio has decided that it's a good idea to do a re-make of Near Dark. What the fuck is up with that? That's an amazing movie that does not need to have a crappy re-make done. *sigh* And yet I couldn't seem to sell a script or get an agent. I hate Hollywood.

INTJ -The Mastermind
Your Type is 0% Extroverted, 12% Observant, 68% Logical and 87% Structured

You are more introverted than extroverted. You are more intuitive than observant, you are more thinking based than feeling based, and you prefer to have a plan rather than leaving things to chance. Your type is best described by the word "mastermind", which belongs to the larger group called rationals. Only 1% of the population shares your type. You are very strong willed and self-confident. You can hardly rest until you have things settled. You will only adopt ideas and rules if they make sense. You are a great brainstormer and often come up with creative solutions to difficult problems. You are open to new concepts, and often actively seek them out.
As a romantic partner, you can be both fascinating yet demanding. You are not apt to express your emotions, leaving your partner wondering where they are with you. You strongly dislike repeating yourself or listening to the disorganized process of sorting through emotional conflicts. You see your own commitments as self-evident and don't see why you need to repeat something already expressed. You have the most difficulty in admitting your vulnerabilities. You feel the most appreciated when your partner admires the quality of your innovations and when they listen respectfully to your ideas and advice. You need plenty of quiet to explore your interests to the depth that gives you satisfaction.
