Sunday we slept in and when we got up we called the company we'll be getting our boxes from. They were closed. *sigh* I thought about getting my number changed at Cingular (my phone is pretty much dead and a I need a new one, but with singing a new contract it would need to be a Milwaukee number). I was told they couldn't change my number if I got a new phone. What the hell? They also didn't know how I'd go about changing my number, signing a new contract, and getting a new phone. Great. Anyone ever done this before?

Eventually we just decided to take my car out and pick up some Round Table pizza for dinner. When we got back home we gamed, watched The Amazing Race, and gave Gabriel his bath.

My Dad got in contact with me today, but when Rob called the moving company there were problems. Something about needing to fax a release to my Dad and all that crap. So, we're still not booked. We're still trying for a move date of the 20th and we need it solid NOW so that we can give notice on this apartment and book our plane flights. But we still don't have anything solid. So, Rob's trying to figure out what the hell they need and then we'll try to get back in touch with my Dad. This is insane. Yes, we knew this would be a nightmare (and it is... don't even get me started on the whole banking problem we've run into), but in the end it's worth it. I can't wait until this is all done with and we're in our new place. It's become the light at the end of the tunnel.
