I think I'm going to scream.

My earthlink mailbox is having some issues and I keep not being able to receive my mail. So, a call was placed to Earthlink and I was told (by someone who had no idea what the hell they were talking about) that it's a problem with Microsoft Outlook and I need to talk to them. After a lot of hair pulling and frustrations, Rob finally had an idea and it worked. So for now I have e-mail again. Woot.

Then, I made the mistake of trying to place an order online. I tried to place the order THREE times and each time was told that my credit card was declined. So, I called my credit card company to see what was going on. It wasn't declined and now I have THREE charges to this place. THREE charges... and no order because their site says it was declined and didn't process my order. I sent the site I was ordering from an e-mail and I hope to god that they answer it and figure this out. I really don't want to be charged three times over for an order I'll never get.

It's only 1:16am and it's already turning out to be one of THOSE days.
