The neck thing is working itself out. So is the shoulder pain that exists because of the neck pain. My range of motion is coming back and hopefully soon everything will be back to normal.

Gabriel has learned two new words. One of them is "moo" (said to Rob at one point). Hooray! He's learning to speak cow. *proud smile* My Mom and I speak cow and we've taught Rob how to as well. He also now says "bye bye". When he dropped his stuffed alligator in the car I said "bye bye alligator" and waved to it. He then smiled and said "bye bye". He is so incredibly cute.

He also tends to wave a whole lot at the end of Lenny Kravitz's song "American Woman" when he keeps saying bye-bye.

Today we headed over to the bank and I got the paperwork for the bar application notorized. Now I need to get a check for it and mail it off. That should happen within the next day or two. We also stopped at the Post Office for Rob to mail something out and then headed to Babies USA (they remembered me there from buying his bedroom set - how cool is that). Gabriel loves to run around and we want to let him run around outside so I got him a new pair of shoes. His dragon Robeez are too cute to have him run around outside in. So we'll use his turtle ones as outside shoes and he now has a pair of shark ones (bought today) as ones to keep clean. I also bought him a stuffed Ty Pluffie (his favorite stuffies) penguin. He needed a penguin. Really.

From there we grabbed lunch at the Culver's drive through and ate in the car (easier than going into the restaurant when Gabriel was quiet and sleeping in his car seat) and then we went grocery shopping. He was good for most of the grocery shopping because we gave him a small jar of Cheerios to chew on (we had to buy them anyway for him, might as well let him gnaw on the bottle if it keeps him quiet). Towards the end of the shop he got fussy and so Rob and I took turns holding him.

Tonight we cooked up some pasties for dinner and gamed. Game was great and I'm having a blast with this character. I think Rob is enjoying it as well even though he was a bit hesitant about running a Ravenloft game at first. We also got some laundry done and now we're both futzing around online.

Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman
Inside you've got the passion and ideals of a teenager
And your intensity for life is what attracts most of the men you date
You also like to party - and quite often you're the life of the party
You've brought the best of your younger years with you... at least most of the time.
