Today I started my notecard outline for Professional Responsibility (otherwise known as Legal Ethics). Yes, there are ethics in the legal profession, a LOT more than you would think. Stop laughing, I am serious.

I worked my butt off and got about 3/4 of it done. If I'm going to even think about taking a day off this weekend for the Faire (provided the temp isn't high) I need to get PR done in two and not three days. Which means tomorrow is going to be the day from hell (finishing up everything for PR if possible and a ton of laundry). Ugh.

PR is a weird subject for me. On one hand, it's not one I like and I find it a bit on the dull side. On the other hand, I get it. It's a subject that comes naturally to me and I managed to get the highest grade in my class for the subject in law school even though I spent most of the class futzing around (it was summer school). So while it's dull, at least I understand it.

Tonight we watched So You Think You Can Dance. I think the wrong girl was booted off (should have been the dark haired one, I think her name is Anya) and the right guy was booted. I really dig that show. Once the show was over with I spoke with my Mom on the phone for a bit and then bathed the Poopchuck.

Nana Update: My Mom's scared the hospital staff enough that my Nana won't be forced into a nursing home rehab. She's staying in her wing of the hospital until she can move to the rehab wing. When someone told my Mom that my Nana wasn't progressing as fast as she should with rehab my Mom told them that was because there was a giant bedsore on the heel of the only foot my Nana can bear weight on... a bedsore that came from the hospital staff not turning her enough. Go Mom!

You Are Destined to Rule the World
You have the makings of a very evil dictator...
Which is both kind of cool and kind of scary!
Will you rule the world? Maybe. Maybe not.
But at least you know that you could.
