The hair stylist I had been seeing at Carenza up and left before today's appointment. What is with my luck of having two that I like leave? Damn. The bright side to this was that the owner of the salon, Laurence, had an opening on the same day and time as my appointment would have been with Erik. He's the one that John Yerkwev originally told me to see and talk to. So, I finally got in to see him. Yay!

The appointment went very well. He checked over my formula and decided to process things just slightly differently. He got the formulas together and his assistant put the stuff on my head and was the one to wash it off. He's the one who did my cut and blow out. I just got a trim because I really want my hair to grow out some. He told me the names of some other people he highly recommended. They should be great for keeping the same color and if I just want a trim. But, if I want a cut that's more than a trim or to change the color at all then I should book with him again. So, next time I'm seeing one of the girls he recommended. He's the salon owner so he's a lot more expensive which is why he recommended seeing others for the same color and just trims and then going with him for any changes. Sounds good to me.

Rob and Gabriel picked me up from the hair appointment and then we got some errands done. A run to Walgreens, a brief stop at the grocery store, a Babies R Us stop, and then we grabbed some dinner and brought it back home.

Tonight we gamed and watched Svengoolie. Yay! The evil Brewers weren't playing tonight! Tonight's movie was the Invisible Man. Fun stuff. Nights when Svengoolie is on just make me happy. Nights when the Brewers pre-empt it make me hate baseball all the more.
