2007-08-16 11:10 PM Chicken In The VCR Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Tired Read/Post Comments (5) Today we made a run out to American to check out laptops and get a ballpark price range. The current laptop that Rob is using for work purposes keeps going belly up and we don't know how much longer it will be able to work. So, right about now we're pricing laptops to see what the best deal is on whatever he needs in the computer. I continue to use the desktop, which will probably need to be replaced at some point, but the laptop comes first. The laptop needs to come first because it's how Rob works. Oh, and the laptop was purchased in 2000 while the desktop was purchased in 2003. Besides, the laptop keeps dying and the desktop works (although programs crash all the time). After checking out the laptop section at American, we went grocery shopping. Our grocery store finally started carrying Smart Water and so I got some of that. After shopping we came back home. Tonight we gamed and watched a good amount of TV. We watched Big Brother, the last hour of So You Think You Can Dance (not happy with who won), and Who Wants To Be A Superhero. I also did some laundry (towels and bath mat). Gabriel has taken to trying to put things into the VCR. He's a fast little bugger and he can grab something and get it in there before we can even react. He was munching on a chicken nugget and decided it would be a good idea to let the VCR eat it. We think the chicken has been fished out of there, but have yet to see if the machine still works. ----------
My score on The Family Guy Character Test: Stewie Griffin You're Stewie Griffin! You're an evil genius, and you have sexy parties. Your matricidal tendencies mean you don't have much time to go to the gym, and you may be in danger of developing an eating disorder. Once you're toilet-trained, the world will never be safe again! "Victory is mine!" Link: The Family Guy Character Test (OkCupid Free Online Dating) Read/Post Comments (5) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
