2007-12-24 9:59 PM Christmas Eve Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Content Read/Post Comments (0) This morning I was feeling horrible. I had a sneezing fit that lasted a half an hour in the middle of last night and threw up a whole bunch of phlegm. This morning I was a wreck. My head was stuffy, my throat hurt, and I still have a bad case of the poopies. Rob let me stay in bed while he and the Poopchuck (who also still has the poopies) headed Sentry to pick up our holiday dinner. Our regular grocery store didn't have any holiday meals that looked decent. My Mom came over around 1:30pm. Shortly after dropping off her stuff, she headed over to The Virginia to see my Nana. Originally, the plan was to head over with her, but I felt too sick to do much of anything. My only run outside the house today was to get some chicken nuggets for Gabriel and to pick up some tea at the grocery store for my Mom. Ugh. I hate being sick. My Mom came back to our place around 5pm. Rob cooked up the food that we had gotten and it wasn't that much of a pain in the ass because everything was already pre-cooked (including the turkey) so we just needed to heat everything up. We had the works. Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes (always my favorite), stuffing, carrots, rolls, and a jello with fruit in it for dessert. Yummy! We're having the leftovers for Xmas dinner tomorrow night. There's plenty left and a Santa cake as well! Dinner was great, however with my poopies I spent more time in the bathroom than I did eating. Ew. Tonight we're just chilling out at home and we've already given Gabriel a few of his presents to keep him occupied. So far, he absolutely LOVES the Doodle Pro (it's like a Magna-Doodle). Becuase I won't be posting on here until tomorrow night... Merry Xmas everyone! ----------
