I'm having some odd internet problems at the moment and the morons at Earthlink can't seem to figure out the problem. I can access some web pages on and off (for example, this one is down a lot but has occasional spurts of being viewable) and other pages I can't access at all. My modems are working and since I can view some sites on and off, I'd assume the problem isn't here. Some sites (like CNN and the Weather Channel) I can't access at all.

Rob called Earthlink this morning and as usual they didn't know their ass from their elbows. I have no idea what the hell is going on, but I really need access to all sites (like job boards). Aargh. This is driving me up the wall.

Anyhoo, yesterday I finally made it home. The road and my Mom's driveway were plowed out and the snow had stopped (though it's snowing yet again today). The snow was so bad on Wednesday that Rob was let out of work at 9:30am. There was no way we could have gotten out of my Mom's house for anything that day.

When we headed out yesterday the snow was up to my boobs. The piles that the plow had made were way taller than I am. That was one bad ass snow storm.

It took awhile to get home yesterday (not all roads were plowed well and there were a lot of snow drifts), but we made it home just fine.

Last night my Mom stayed over and she headed back home today. Gabriel is not happy about that. Shortly after she left he freaked out and now really wants her back. I keep telling him that she'll be out here again soon, but he wants her here NOW.

Today I'm back to my usual routine of watching the Poopchuck and getting some laundry done. Since it's Friday, I'm not bothering with making dinner.

Hopefully this entry will post. If anyone else who reads this is having any internet problems, please let me know. Also, if anyone reading this uses Earthlink and is not having any access problems, also let me know.
