As of 1:48pm eastern time today, I'm an aunt! Okay, so technically I became an aunt to Molly when John and Katie got married, but this time I'm an aunt to a tiny little baby (I didn't know Molly when she was a baby).

My nephew's name is Matthew and I've already started calling him the Groundhog Baby (because he's born on Groundhog's day).

Katie was scheduled for a c-section (Matthew was breech) on February 16, but she went into labor today and so the c-section was done early this afternoon.

I told Rob that John needed to be careful... if the Groundhog Baby saw it's shadow it might try to crawl back in.

Welcome Matthew! As Gabriel is the Poopchuck, you are the Groundhog Baby. I can see a Poopchuck getting along well with a Groundhog, can't you?
