Ugh, my tummy is not in a good way today and it was even worse yesterday. Yesterday for lunch I made some egg salad. I ate about one quarter of the sandwich when my tummy started doing flip flops and something just tasted... wrong. I tossed the rest of the sandwich and really didn't want anything else for lunch.

As the day went on, I began to get horrible stomach pains and horrible gas (from both ends). My burps tasted like rotting eggs and every time I burped the taste made me want to throw up. As the day turned to night, I was also making several bathroom runs.

Today the gas seems to be (mostly) gone, but the bathroom runs and stomach pains are still there.

I think at least one of the eggs that I put into my egg salad was bad. I don't know why, because the eggs were bought last weekend, aren't even close to their expiration date, and were boiled up on Sunday. Maybe one was cracked or something. I don't really inspect them before cracking them open. Maybe I should. Either way, something about the eggs did not agree with me and I'm paying for eating a tiny amount of that egg salad sandwich.
