2009-06-01 9:30 AM Errands And A Lazy Sunday Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Content Read/Post Comments (0) Saturday was our errands day, as usual. After getting ready, we made a quick run to the bank so that I could make a deposit. We then headed to Kid Do's for Gabriel's hair cut. We always make an appointment with the same girl (Jen) because she's amazing at cutting Gabriel's hair. Yet again, he chose the pink Barbie car to sit in during his hair cut. The kid likes pink and if you ask him what his favorite color is, he'll say pink. We then did our run to Fresh Market and Pick N Save for groceries. After the grocery run, we worked on getting some of our bathroom clean and then headed out to grab barbecue from Famous Dave's for dinner. We watched our Netflix DVD of "Boo" after dinner. Sunday we did something we hadn't done in a long while... we had a lazy day. The day didn't start off lazy, it started off with a McDonald's breakfast and cleaning the rest of the bathroom. However, Gabriel was looking a bit tired, so Rob and I took him into the bed to nap. He eventually fell asleep and Rob and I napped with him. When we woke up we headed to McDonalds to grab ice cream cones and then picked up a pizza for dinner at Edwardo's Natural Pizza. Yum. When we were driving to pick up the pizza, Gabriel proved he was REALLY my son. Whenever we drive by the Lexus dealer, Gabriel points to it and says "that one". I always say no. Yesterday I told him he was only three and couldn't even consider driving a car for another thirteen years. His response: "Then you get me Lexus." Heh. Oh yeah, definitely my boy. When we got home, he looked at Rob and said "WWW dot I wish I had a Lexus dot com." Our kid is weird. And apparently wants a Lexus. Last night we ate our pizza and did some gaming. Today, I'm waiting for someone to come by and change the showerhead in the main bathroom. When we were cleaning, we noticed it was badly cracked and leaked upwards when we shower. We called our new manager and he said he would be over sometime this morning. ----------
