For awhile now, I've been wanting to do something fun with my hair. I'd love to be able to put a funky colored streak in it. My hair is currently light blonde, so something bright or even black could look cool. However, since I'm on the hunt for an attorney job, it's not something feasable. I really don't think that a prospective employer would be all that into a potential attorney with a bright streak of pink, purple, or even black in their hair.

Recently, I found the solution to my dilemma. Back in college, I used to dye my hair all sorts of fun colors using Manic Panic. Who knew they still existed and now have a very broad range of products... including clip in color. They make colored streaks using real hair (or synthetic hair, customer's choice) and you can just clip it into your hair. It looks really good and at the end of the day, just comes right out. So, I thought I'd order some.

I got my order the other day, clipped in some hot pink, and cut it to my hair length. I love it. I can now have a hot pink streak of color whenever I want and it just clips right in and comes right out. I showed it to Rob last night and he thinks it's cute. If possible, I *might* try to get a pic of me with it in. Either way, I'm happy. Now I can have a cool streak of an abnormal color and not have to worry about what to do with it for something like a job interview.
