Meh, due to technical issues, Rob is not working from home today (or any day this week for that matter). I'm lucky I didn't have any pressing appointments today. Hopefully, things should be back to normal next week.

Last night we headed out right when Rob got home from work so that we could get to city hall to vote before the polls closed. The only things on the ballot were two school measures that were going to be used to better our public schools. Sadly, they both failed. While our public schools are good, I do hope that Gabriel makes it into the Brookfield Academy. It's expensive (8k/year for preschool and then 15k/year for all other grades), but it's one of the best schools in the nation. While I have no doubt that he's smart enough to make it in there, he's also smart enough that he'll sometimes give a wrong answer on something he knows just to get a reaction out of someone. That worries me because if they think he really doesn't know something, they might not allow him in. I'm crossing my fingers that he makes it in. His entrance interview is coming up in just a few weeks.
