Friday night we watched our Netflix DVD of The Box. It was a lot different than I had thought it would be. Very interesting, very cerebrial, confusing in parts, but over all a very intellectual movie. I liked it a lot. It made sense when a friend told me that the same person had done Donnie Darko. If you like movies that make you think, I'd recommend this one.

Saturday I had a salon appointment in the morning (same color touch up and a trim) and then it was time for errands. We grabbed lunch at Taco Bell and then headed to the "pick up and pay" place for the Milwaukee PBS auction. It's going on all week and I put in a bid (and won) some artwork. We picked that up and then headed to the mall for a quick stop to pick up some Buddy Squirrel cashews for my Nana. We did our shopping at the Fresh Market and also made a Babies R Us run. From there we stopped at Hallmark so I could get a birthday card from Rob and I and one from Gabriel as well for my Nana. Her 98th birthday is this Thursday. We then came home and decided to hold off and do the rest of our errands on Sunday.

We ended up getting some Chinese food for dinner from Golden Gate and then did some gaming on Saturday night.

On Sunday we did the rest of our errands. We had lunch at Burger King and then did our main grocery shopping for the week at Pick N Save. We bought some new books for Gabriel on Amazon (he really likes the Elephant and Piggie books, so we got him three more of those and two of the Pigeon books - they're by the same author) and then headed out to the game store where I got some more of the energy drink that I'm hooked on.

We brought home dinner from Buca and I ended up just wanting one of their small caesar salads all to myself. I love their salad, wasn't in the mood for their pizza, and can't eat pasta anymore unless it's whole wheat or Dreamfields. When we got home we watched The Amazing Race and The Celebrity Apprentice.
