2010-08-09 9:41 AM Lazy Weekend Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: So-So Read/Post Comments (3) Last weekend we did errands and were lazy. Saturday we didn't get out of the house for errands until the afternoon. When we did, we headed out to Bed, Bath, and Beyond for new towels. Earlier in the day, my hand went through one of our zebra towels. It was a good hint that it was time for new ones. So, we got some purple striped ones and some new purple bath mats. We also replaced the old icky guest bathroom towels with neat leopard print ones. From there we picked up corn at our usual farmer's stand and got some food from the Fresh Market. We made a stop at Babies R Us and then headed home for a bit to unpack. We then headed out again to the ATM, post office, drug store, and Pick N Save for our main weekly grocery shopping. That night we cooked dinner. We had corn on the cob, grilled chicken, and grilled zucchini. Yummy. We just chilled out and watched the Lockup marathon. Sunday I spent a lot of the day in bed. Recently, I haven't been feeling very well, though now I have a sneaking suspicion why this is (more on that later). All we really did was head out to grab some food and game and watch Big Brother. Very low key and lazy day. Last night I woke up around 1am in severe pain. The pain felt like one of my organs was twisting and turning within my body and was below my right rib cage, just below my right breast. It hurt like hell for awhile, but eventually subsided and I was able to sleep fitfully for the rest of the night. This morning, that area aches a lot and is going through to my back. My right shoulder also keeps hurting on and off. So, I used WebMD and Google and found out a possible reason for the pain last night and for why I've been feeling icky recently... it sounds like gallbladder problems. Sometime next month I need to make a doctor's appointment to check my blood pressure and headaches, and I'll bring this up then. I really hope it's not my gallbladder because I do not need or want any form of surgery right now. Bleh. ----------
