Yesterday morning my Mom slept in. She had been out at the hospital with my Nana until after 3am and needed the sleep. Once she was up, she headed over to the hospital for a few hours.

When she got back to the apartment the three of us (Mom, Gabriel, and I) headed out. We first made a stop at Gabriel's pediatrician so that I could drop off some forms that needed to be filled out by his doctor for his pre-school forms. We then stopped at Alterra so that my Mom could get some bags of the coffee she uses. Then it was a stop at Fresh Market so that my Mom could get some nuts and some stuff for her and Gabriel to have for dinner that night.

When Rob got home from work, Mom watched Gabriel so that we could head out to dinner. We went to our local fondue restaurant and dinner was amazing as usual.

This morning, my Mom headed out to the hospital once more. I was going to go with her, but she said it might not be a good idea to see my Nana while she was gorked on meds. She's on some serious pain killers that are making her hallucinate and be really out of it. Since she's on antibiotics for her UTI, they're also making she she doesn't get another C-diff infection like she did the last time she was on antibiotics. They still have no clue why her knee is in so much pain and swollen.

So, yeah, things are a bit nuts around here right now. Not to mention the fact that Gabriel will be starting pre-school next week. At first, it will be one day (usually Tuesdays) a week. Then two days. Then five days, but half-days. When I start working he'll be there full time.
