Ugh, I'm still sick. The cold part of my cold seems to have passed. My voice is back, though it's low and gravely. At least I can talk again without whispering. My lungs are still having problems. While there doesn't seem to be much mucus coming out of them anymore, I do still have a (dry) cough and when I cough or breathe in my lungs burn. I have a doctor's appointment this week for something else, but I'll bring up what's happening then. I'm just hoping I don't end up with pneumonia.

Saturday morning I had a salon appointment. I got my roots touched up again and a trim. My next appointment will be with someone else since K will be out on maternity leave then. After my appointment, I came back home and we all got some errands done. We went to The Soup Market and grabbed grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and got some take out soup to make for dinner. We stopped at The Fresh Market for groceries. The drug store for some scripts of mine. We also made a Hallmark run for some cards. We then made a brief stop at home and then headed out again for our main grocery shopping trip at Pick N Save. That night we heated up the soup and watched some ER shows on Discovery Health.

Speaking of which, I now have a new hatred of Oprah. Damn bitch is taking over Discovery Health (my all time favorite channel) with her crap. Does anyone even care about her anymore? I mean anyone other than middle aged women with large bottoms who sit on the couch all day eating bon bons and watching their "stories" and Oprah and crying about all of the fake bullcrap that Oprah puts out there? God damn it, I don't want to watch her crappy shows. I want my medical shows!

I swear to god, any time anything remotely cerebral comes on the television it's scrapped in favor of mindless drivel.

Sunday I spent a lot of the day in bed. I felt like crap and was able to sleep in, so I did so. When we did head out it was only for quickie errands. A post office drop off, Rob running into Menard's, Rob running into the grocery store for a few items we had forgotten to pick up the day before, etc. We got Chinese takeout for dinner and watched the season finale of Survivor. I think I'm happy with "Fabio" winning.
