Saturday morning we got up when Gabriel wanted to get up. It was nice to not have to set any alarms. Amazingly enough, he slept in until around 9am. Once he was up, we headed into the living room to open presents.

The first thing he was was his (unwrapped) gift from Santa - a Penbo. He loved it. After playing with it for awhile he realized that there were more presents under the tree and we opened everything up. When we were done opening presents, I went back into bed for awhile. I'm supposed to get as much rest as possible, and on the days I can do so I'm actually going to listen to the doctor's advice.

Later on in the day we worked on dinner. We had turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and rolls. Dinner was fantastic. After dinner we played some of Gabriel's new games with him (Pop the Pig and Uno Moo) and watched some ER shows on Discovery Health.

All in all, I think we all had a very good and very fun Christmas.

Sunday morning my Mom headed out to visit with my Nana and then drive back to her place. I slept in and once I was up and showered, we did our weekend errands. We made a stop at The Fresh Market for groceries, Babies R Us, and Pick N Save for our main grocery shop. We got take out from Long John Silver's for dinner and watched our DVD of the third Lost Boys movie. It really wasn't all that bad.
