The MPTV auction has come and gone and we ended up getting some really cool stuff from it. We ended up with a Sendik's bag full of tasty Wisconsin made food and drinks, an end table that's almost exactly like the ones my grandmother used to have in her home, some kringles, a Milwaukee Bucks duffel bag, an amazing painting, and a print with a $50 framing certificate. I LOVE that auction and wish they had it more often than one week every year. Plus, the money goes to our local public television network, so it's also a great cause.

I'm getting over this cold and only have a cough left over from it. The pink eye also seems to be getting better as well.

Gabriel's running a low grade fever and complaining of an owie boo boo in his left ear, so I'm going to try and get him in with the doctor sometime today if possible. I have a feeling he has an ear infection if he's having ear pain and a low grade fever. Never a good thing.

Other than that, things are going well and normally around here. As soon as the haze from my cough meds (now just OTC Delsym) wears off, I want to get back to working on my novel.
