I had my follow up doctor's appointment this morning and while my back seems to (very slowly) be getting somewhat better, my range of motion is shot. So, he gave me the number for physical therapy and wants me to start that. He also wants to see me again in another three weeks.

If physical therapy doesn't work, I'll be on a super high dose of Prednisone. Steroids are what ballooned me up in the first place, so being put on high dose ones are something I want to avoid at all costs or I'll probably be 50-100 pounds heavier in a few months time. With the way weight comes on me whenever I'm even on inhaled steroids, I'm very serious about that kind of gain.

Hopefully physical therapy will do its job.
