We have made some improvements at JournalScape over the last month or so. The first is this journal, FromJournalScapeHQ, which is the place where we will leave feature notes, fixes and scheduled downtime notices.

You won't receive emails about each individual feature, we don't want you to feel like you are getting spammed so we will save them up and send out one email every once in awhile.

New Features:

Auto Save While Composing Entries - This new feature will allow you to recover an entry you were typing if your browser crashed or went to another URL because you clicked a link in your email (or other places).

Reverse Entry Order Extended - When the current month is over the list of entries changes order and this was confusing to many people. Click the link to read more about it!

Improvements (probably only interesting to the geeky people):

Faster Entry vs Comment Queries - Changes to the database were made to increase the speed of entry and comment lookup.

HTTP Document Length Included - Added the HTTP Content-Length header when requesting journal pages.

Bug Fixes:

Saving Extra Pages - Saving extra pages was broken when you were at your limit of pages.
