I can't help it. Despite all the nonsense that goes on in the sport, I love baseball. Paul surprised us last night by getting tickets to the local minor league team, the rough riders. The stadium is only a couple years old, and very nice. They have all the amenities you would expect from a ball park, and fireworks after every friday night home game. It was wonderful. Jade had a blast, as there is also a playground and an age appropriate bounce house. (Not to mention popcorn and cotton candy!) Its great because it is just a few miles down the road, its much cheaper then major league, and it just makes a really fun night out. It did get a little chilly by the end of the game, but we had blankets and sweaters.

In other news, all is well. Paul is doing well at his "no mercy" program, I think he has lost over 10lbs so far! I joined weight watchers and lost almost 5lbs this week. Paul is still traveling quite a bit, but I think we have found a good routine for when he is gone. I sign Jade up for Kindergarten on Tuesday. So I took the day off, and am hoping to relax a bit and play warcraft...really productive, I know..
