7. Last person you spoke to on the phone? Some woman who was irate that she had been shuffled from one city extension to another. She was calling because she had found a brochure about the city’s emergency management practices and wanted to talk to someone about the fact that the city had no clue about how they’d get the word out if Sunoco had a hazmat issue. Among many others, she was calling the woman who was previously at this phone extension. The city phone book has not yet been updated, so I continue to get her calls and don’t know where to reach her. Additionally, her last name contains only consonants, is about 20 letters long and I can’t even spell it to send her an email.
