Back in November, i was saying how hard it was to deal with the 30 minute wait after I take the osteoporosis drug Fosamax - how I just have SUCH trouble waiting a measly half hour for my coffee?
So it happened again. I was sort of okay until someone actually PUT THIS INTO words and NOW, dammit, I feel much worse. Hmph! The newspapers ahve taken to reporting that we're closing in on record rainfall and that we're now (what is it, let's see) at about DAY 25 when it has been raining. Despite what you think, Seattle - yes - has rain and YES has rain in winter but this is abnormal. We get, by the way, no more rain that Chicago - surprise surprise - but even THIS is a bit much. So I knew I was having some problems, yeah, yeah, sure for all sorts of reasons but damn. It's now made SO MUCH WORSE because THEY TOLD US. If they hadn't happened to mention JUST how many days it was (oh goody, look, closing in on a month!) where we've had some measurable rain every day, I swear I wouldn't be feeling quite so.....damp. I just looked at the 10 day extended forecast. Don’t ask. Quack. Read/Post Comments (8) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
