Okay an update.

I am super busy all the time. That's about it.


okay, okay, I know I can't get away with just posting that.

I now weigh 146lbs on a regular basis, although I stopped walking for exercise 2 weeks ago. Working at Target has given me much less opportunity to over-eat and since I am on my feet for 8 hours at a time, continually moving, I think I will be able to keep losing weight, or at the very least keep my weight steady for a while.

It seems as though if I am not working at the university I am at Target or attempting to sleep. Sleep has been lacking lately, simply because I cannot turn my brain off when I get home. By the time I get home from Target it is 11pm or after and I get little downtime to try and relax before heading to bed. Sadly I have had many meetings at 9am recently and haven't been able to just roll over and go back to sleep after the alarm goes off.

I was able to sleep in until 9:45ish this morning which is good although bizarre and wacky dreams make it feel as though I get little sleep at all.

I have spent most of my free nights this week with my boss and his family. They have basically adopted Charlie and I as part of their family over the five years we have known them and they are pretty much our best friends out here. (heck even his parents consider us part of the family)

On Tuesday night, I picked them up from the airport. (It's not like it is part of my job or anything, but we had been watching their house and dog sitting for them) They had been on a three week vacation starting at Disney World, taking a special two week Disney Cruise through the Panama Canal over to CA , and ending the trip at Disneyland to celebrate Disneyland's 50th anniversary. (Man I wish we could have gone. They asked us to go with them but we didn't have the $10,000 for the two of us)

On Wednesday afternoon and evening I babysat for their two sons (those kids freaking LOVE me) and they are so darn cute. Especially the younger one Connor, he is almost two and came back from the trip with a new word "NO!"

Last night, they took us to dinner.

The rest of my weekend and early next week is filled with more work work work. On Thursday of next week, Charlie and I are headed to Tampa for his brother's wedding. It will definately be nice to get out of town.

Well I guess that is it for now. I will fill everyone in on the trip upon our return. Hope everyone is doing well.
