By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept
When we remembered Zion.
There on the poplars we hung our harps,
For there our captors asked us for songs,
Our tormentors demanded songs of joy;
They said, sing us one of the songs of Zion!

Psalm 137

Tomorrow, Yom Hashoah.
Sixty years and we remember.

We remember those who could have been free to love and worship without persecution.

They could have been the next Einstein...they could have cured cancer. They could have taught us so much. Though they are lost, we keep them alive in our memories.
