Well, we made it across the country. LB was quite well behaved for the flights and airports. He had an excess of energy, but handled it all well.

As we started our descent into Baltimore, he said that his ears didn't feel good. Later he said, "I don't like how my ears feel." We told him that once we were on the ground they would start to feel better. He was clearly uncomfortable, but he survived. Even with no nap.

Speaking of no nap, I'll be curious to see what time he gets up tomorrow morning. He went to bed quite late here but pretty early for at home. Guess we'll wait to see what he does in the morning. I'm hoping for a nice late sleep in, we'll see.

For tomorrow we have no set plans, we'll get up, go to breakfast and then head into downtown DC. I figure we'll spend some time seeing various things on the mall, and then who knows what else. It's a vacation and the unstructured feeling is a good one. I don't say that very often, do I?
