What a shock...waking up to the radio this morning and hearing that John Ritter died! He was one of the people in the business in my opinion that was never truely recognized for his talent. He was such an amazing storyteller. I recently, well I guess it was this past spring, watched the "documentary" of the cast of "Three's Company". One thing really stuck with me. Well actually two things. First, I no longer like Suzanne Somers...how obnoxious! Second, John Ritter said his goals in the entertainment industry were to make people laugh. That's what he wanted. I know this probably isn't profound and, frankly it's not supposed to be. It's just...it really makes you realize why you do what you're doing in you're line of work. What's the point of getting into something...why do we do what we do? It made me realize as a check-in with myself that I'm headed in the right direction. It really doesn't matter what others do (as much as I argue about all the bad actors taking jobs for the wrong purposes)... I'm not going to do that today. It sure would be nice if they were like John Ritter though...I'm gonna miss him.
