My brother is officially an old married man! I put a link to his journal at the top of mine "Brother Jason" for anyone interested. No pics yet of the wedding. To come soon...

So, my adventure this weekend started with me missing my flight thursday night and catching a standby @ 6:30am friday morning. Once I finally got to North Carolina I got to meet my sister in law for the first time and help my parents keep calm. :) Actually, everything fell into place. The rehearsal was great. I got to see some mutual friends my brother and I had from high school. One cutie in particular that enjoyed my low cut dress. hee hee. Anyway, we had Southern barbecue rehearsal dinner at Red, Hot, and Blue and I got to see family that I haven't seen in 8 years...so that was fun. Then the big day on Saturday. The wedding was beautiful. It was 70 degrees and sunny in a garden gazebo, the ceremony was short, and there was lots of wine! During the couples dance, my single cousins and I stalked the chocolate cake that took way too long to cut. It was a great time. Then Sunday, Jason and Janet (the couple) got to open all the loot. That took a few hours. Then it was back off to the airport for me. When I got home my baby bunny was sleeping in his cage. I don't think he missed me at all!

Just today, I got a call for an audition with the Inwood Shakespeare Festival for their summer season of "Taming of the Shrew". Hope the work picks up. :)
