A while back I wrote about a project I was cast in that would tour up and down the east coast interviewing locals on Native American Reservations about their life on the land. The last I heard was that the funding was lost and the Director / Producer had to use alternative sources.

The director, Renzo, got in touch with me today and got the update. The good news is he got the grant to do the project, but only to do the footage and not the live video. Ofcourse, he mentioned I could tour with him for the month, but he wouldn't be able to pay me. (That's a lot of rent to lose in a month especially if I'm not getting paid in the end.)

So much is the life of a free-lancer. That tax refund couldn't come soon enough.
