Happy first day of summer! It's a beautiful day in New York. It's 70s, sunny and a light wind is blowing. As I rode in on the subway this morning, the water from the East River glimmered blue and the Statue of Liberty sparkled as the blue sky set her apart from all else.

Not too much else going on. I'm noticing with my new headshots that I'm starting to get more calls. I had an audition this past weekend for "Salome" (Oscar Wilde) and have an audition scheduled this saturday with the American Globe Theater for John Basil's upcoming Shakespeare season.

I've been glued to "Sex and the City" on TBS every night from 10-11pm. Oh, and I have my first voice class tonight with Andrea Haring of Circle in the Square Theater. I'm even more excited about that!

I'll keep you posted...
