Last night was the premiere airing of "Law &* Order: Trial By Jury". Being a Law & Order fan, this was exciting to see how they could vary another Law & Order. I guess I'll have to get used to it. It seemed to focus more on the headgames the lawyers play and their every thought process. It's interesting...it reminded me a lot of Boston Legal except the bantar was VERY cliche and became increasingly annoying. The wonderful banter that Jerry Orbach often used was artfully communicated...very absurdist. Being a woman, it's not often that I use the term "cat fight" because it's an obviously stupid phrase. However, the endless banter especially between Bebe Neuworth and Annabella Sciorra was plain and simple, a very WEAK cat fight. I wanted to claw my arms off. Anywho, it's coming on again tonight so we'll see. I believe tonight's episode is Jerry Orbach's final episode.

On a very different note, Bunny and I watched the digitally re-mastered "Bamby" last night. He liked the scenes with thumper ice-skating the best! The movie was so beautiful. The images were so clear they popped from the screen. Ofcourse, Snickers was there for me when Bambi's mom was killed in the scene selection entitled "Sudden Tragedy". It was so traumatic. Apparently we know now which one of us knows whats real versus what's on tv.
