I've been doing updates on my webpage and completely forgot to update the best people, my journalscape friends!

The week before last I got a call from the Folger Shakespeare Theater in Washington DC to audition for their upcoming season. They wanted to see me for "Oswald" in King Lear which is a good role. He's a great character and there's a very fun fight scene! I did the taped audition at work which was tons of fun because people were wondering why I was screaming shakespearean obscenities at my co-worker. She was a great sport. They put up with me there.

Last week, got a call for an independant which is shooting 2 months this summer. They were looking at me as the mother who is a meth addict. Where do I get these roles? Anyway, it was an interesting script so we'll see.

My focus as of late and in the near future has been on putting the final millionth round of revisions on my screenplay to submit to Final Draft's upcoming review. I've been working on this thing for 13 years now and think it's finally in a good place.
