I've promised recipes and will keep up my end of the bargain. This is sure to get the entire family's mouth watering and is a quickie to fix!!


RED SNAPPER TERIYAKI

Oil (whatever kind works for you)
Red Snapper (1 Filet per person)
1 Bunch of Asparagus
Bag of Jasmine Rice (Frozen Bags in Wholefoods are fabulous!)
Teriyaki Baste/Glaze
Salt/Pepper to Taste

1 - Heat pan with a dash of oil
2 - Add Red Snapper: Heat 2 min. on each side
3 - Add Asparagus to pan: Cook till crisp
4 - Add 1/2 C Teriyaki Baste. Cook until Hot.
5 - Heat enough servings of Jasmine Rice.
6 - Add salt/pepper to taste
7 - Serve while fantastic!
8- Goes great with Pinot Grigio!
