I FINALLY got the chance to see Spike Lee's "The Inside Man" this weekend with Denzel Washington. This was especially interesting to see since I was auditioned and called back for one of the roles...seeing the direction they took. I literally read for the woman with the enormous rack. She had no name but had an extreme purpose in the movie. She actually had a pretty big part...was the focus in atleast 4-5 scenes. Anyway, the actress that played her was hilarious. She did an awesome job with the role. That went with a foul-mouthed Latina...very New York. Actually, the movie overall was great..traditional cops and robbers movie. There was a lot of unnecessary language that got in the way of a lot of moments. I can understand keeping it natural, conversational...modern New York venom...but this was extreme and frankly pretty annoying. Jodie Foster was especially annoying. Her link in the movie seemed so trite and not thought out. I did enjoy that the majority of the movie was shot around the corner from where I work at my day job. Saw a lot of familiar deli's.

On a completely separate note, I have an audition for Weight Watchers Print job tomorrow. Think I might show off my tummy. :)
