Had an audition the other evening for the "Bad Ass Short Plays" Festival and it was tons of fun! There are 6 directors casting 6 different pieces. I'm really hoping for the one where it's a musical parody on Wonder Woman trying to find her lost identity. However, all the pieces seem like a great time to work on and a great company to work with so we'll see.

At the moment, I'm taking a few days off from everything. Somehow I got severly dehydrated and have been pretty ill and unable to...well, move. So, like in the past, I've been pounding the sport drinks and trying to de-stress as much as possible.

Guess that's it for now. Oh, Happy New Year. This gorgeous latino woman at work shared her prophecies with me...what her and her family traditionally do at New Years. Following her advice, I completely cleaned the apartment, did all the laundry, paid all outstanding bills, ate 12 grapes (1 for each month of the '07), flipped the panties at midnight (not into the air, inside out), and started the next day wearing new clothes. I know...I'm gullible. So far, this year has proven a panic attack, a break-up, presently somewhat indisposed...but if we can't laugh at ourselves then what's there to hope for. Silver lining should be along soon.
