2009-08-15 10:55 AM oh, hey, in a totally unrelated post i took my puppy, the ever so cute Asche, to the beach last night. We walked in the surf (yes, I'm a mean mommy, I made her do it)
She was pretty cool with it though. I mean, she has retriever in her, surely she should like water. But talk about sandy. The one downside of living by the beach. I had to give her a bath when we got home because her fur was full of sand. On the plus side, she slept with me all night and didn't pee in my bed or have to go out in the middle of the night. progress with a female dog is slow. but we're getting there.
