2010-07-27 1:39 AM ok i guess i'm going to have to officially give up my southern belle status and rock a tan this year.
i'm getting kind of dark (not there yet, but considering i haven't been anal about laying out like traci has, she goes every day, i've been about 4-5 times in the last two weeks, i'm pretty impressed)i haven't had a rocking tan since the year iceback and i got married. traci and i went to the pool today. we have one floaty between the two of us. as i was floating around, sunning my back, little miss i can't swim jumps into the deep end and tumps me off (yes, i just said tump)it took me 5 tries to get back on that stupid thing. it's risky business trying to get on a floaty. i've never been very good at it. btw, it took traci about 10 times. i went back this evening when there was no one there and i could get a few mins of peace and quiet. it was nice, even though the water was too warm. speaking of peace and quite, i haven't been getting much here. seeing as i apparently live in a real life southern soap opera, there has been quite the drama the last few days. i'm going back to being a hermit.
