LB's made it to 1.5 years and what fun it's been. I'll get 17 month favorite pics up soon, but not tonight.

The last few nights have been tough. LB's been waking up somewhere between 10:00 and 11:30 and crying. Tonight he didn't. I think it might have something to do with running the AC and getting dehydrated. I turned off the AC tonight and he seems to be sleeping better, but we'll see if it lasts.

Yesterday LB was playing with his little monkey clock that David and Linda gave him. This morning the alarm on the clock went off at about 7:15 am. As daddy said, "Button boy strikes again." LB was already awake, but I was hoping for at least a few more minutes of sleep before I had to go in and get him. He usually entertains himself for a while in the mornings. But once I went in to turn off the alarm, he wanted up, so we got up. Can you say GROG?!?

Anyway, I've been writing stuff about LB in my journal, but I think LB deserves his own space and here it is. Anyone who wants updates on LB and his progress in life, feel free to subscribe to this, that way you'll just get an e-mail everytime an entry is added. Also, if you have something to share, go ahead and comment it in, we'll all enjoy reading it.

OK, back to LB. It seems that every day, he's adding new words. He has been waving bye bye for a while, but now he says bye along with waving. It's just too cute.

He's learning some Spanish at day care too. Alicia ("Aaaadn" according to LB) says dame bessito, and he does (that's give me a kiss for those who don't know).

He's turned into a snuggle boy too, loves hugs and snuggles and kisses. It's great. I doubt this will last too long.

He also seems to have gotten over his separation anxiety. This week, Alicia thought would be bad, as he was away from her for 4 days, but it went smoothly both Wed. & Fri. so hopefully he's over it.
