It's was a busy month! I promise something serious soon. In the meanwhile I had an interesting sort of encounter last a week and a half ago I wanted to share.

A parishioner has been in the hospital recently with a heart blockage. I walked into his hospital room and his wife was there.

"How's he doing?" I asked.

"He'll be gone tomorrow." She replied.

"What?"

"Yeah, I'm going to Christ." The man announced with a smile.

"What?"

About this time they realized what this must sound like to me. They told me that he was goign to have a heart catherization and was being transferred to Christ Hospital for the procedure. He's gone home since and seems to be doing well.

And I'm feeling much better too!
