Not just one that will send out my stuff, but one that's going to try and get my Buffy spec read at Joss Whedon's company. To those unfamiliar with the name, Joss wrote Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the movie), has credits on Titan, AE, Toy Story and Alien: Resurrection, and created the TV series Buffy, Angel, the new Firefly and the new UK Buffy spin-off Ripper.
Ok, so maybe his forte is television. Regardless, if they'll read me for Firefly, I'll take it. I'll take any reads I can get right now. Jo-Ann warned me that it's too late for prime staffing season (meaning starting work in August), but that's OK. I'm in good shape for October's mini-staffing season, and even better shape for her to work on my pilot & movie come August. So what else is there? Researching current TV shows and quite possibly writing a new TV spec script so that Jo-Ann has new material to show people. First, though, I want to finish my WWII movie. Suddenly, there's a lot to be done! Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
